Discussion on the optical communication program in Fujian Power Company during the 11th Five-Year Plan period

Based on the situation of Fujian electric power optical communication network and it's new demands for communication service,this paper analyses the main existing problems of current network,puts forward the main technical measures of optical communication network construction during the 11th Five-year Plan period from the aspects of network structure,optical communication equipment and optic cable links etc.The paper also provides a reasonable and feasible optical communication program covering the province and district dispatching centers,500 kV substations as well as the power plants based on the 500 kV and 220 kV power line.
