Open the lesser sac lavage joint reginal arterial perfusion for the treatment of fluminant acute pancreatitis

Objective To explore the effectiveness of small retinal sac open joint lavage arterial influsian medicine in the treatment of AFP.Methods The clinical data of 23 cases of small retinal sac open joint lavage arterial influsian medicine in the treatment of AFP from 2004 to 2010 were evaluated restrospectively in our hospital.Results The cure rate and mortality rate of 23 cases were 91.3% and 8.7% respectively PaO 2,MAP and urine volume all significantly increased with time.The postoperative showed significantly decreased in the APACHE Ⅱ,ACS,CVP,BS,TG,Cr compared with the preoperative(P 0.01).ACS was positively associated with CR,MAP,CVP,urine volume.Compared with the preoperative complications included ARDS(84.6%),ARF(50%),SHOCK(53.8%),SIRS(84.6%),the postoperati complications included ARDS(7.6%),ARF(3.8%),SHOCK(3.8%),SIRS(11.5%)were significantly lower.Postoperative complications were observed including 2(7.6%) cases with intestinal fistula,3(11.5%)with pancreatic fistula and 12(46.2%)with fungal infection.Conclusion Small retinal sac open joint lavage arterial influsian medicine can effectively improve the survival,and reduce the mortality in patient with AFP.
