Abstract
In this paper, effect of high temperature stress on leaf chlorophyll of Populus tomentosa seedlings was studied. The results showed that,at 30℃ and 35℃ processing, chlorophyll content in leaves of Populus tomentosa seedlings had little change. At 40 ℃,total chlorophyll decreased,in the 24~36 h,chlorophyll content appeared small increasing, then, sharp declined.
