Abstract
The report at 18th Party Congress has pointed out that we must take fostering integrity and promoting rounded development of people as the fundamental task of education,and train participants of and successors to the socialist,cause who develop morally,intellectually,physically and aesthetically. Management education in higher education institutions is essentially part of the ideological and political education work,which plays an important role in improving the quality of personnel training. In combination with the achievements of the Conference on Education and Teaching of UESTC,this paper discusses the understanding of the management education,as well analyzes the characteristics and the realization of the way of management education from management perspective.
