Abstract
Endothelial dysfunction can result in cardiovascular diseases with the characteristic of insulin resistance.Insulin resistance is one of markers of a series of metabolic disorder diseases such as the type 2 diabetes,obesity and metabolism syndrome and so on.These metabolic disorder diseases are possessed of the characteristic of endothelial dysfunction.Infernal circle is shaped between insulin resistance and endothelial dysfunction,which promote each other,and urge atherogenesis.
