Abstract
Objective:A new method was developed and validated for the simultaneous analysis of 44 pesticide residues in vegetables by gas chromatography coupled with triple quadrupole mass spectrometry(GC-QqQ-MS/MS).Methods: The samples were extracted with acetonitrile, and cleaned up by solid-phase extraction(SPE).The extract was analyzed by gas chromatography coupled with triple quadrupole mass spectrometry(GC-QqQ-MS/MS) using external standard method. Results: The recoveries of leek determined at two spiked levels of 10 μg/kg and 200 μg/kg ranged from 64.8% to 156.6%,wherein the recoveries of 40 pesticides were from 70.0 to 120.0 %.The RSDs were less than 18%.The limits of quantification(LOQs) were between 1.26 μg/kg to 24.23 μg/kg(Signal/Noise is 10).Conclusion: The method can be applied to the routine analyses for the determination of multiple pesticides in vegetable samples.
