Abstract

This paper summarizes the development actualities of China's oil and gas pipeline technologies in waxy crude oil transportation with PPD etc. , operating control for hilly pipelines, automatic control of pipelines, internal inspection of pipelines, peak shaving technology of underground storages, mechanical construction of pipelines and HDD of pipelines,introduces new construction methods adopted in the pipelines of West-to-East Gas Transmission Project, as well as the transportation technology for highly waxy crude.In the paper, the future trend of assessment technology on service life of in-service pipelines is predicted.
