Abstract

This paper aims to explore the main role of plasma Hcy and VB12in the process of type 2 diabetic foot gangrene through determining the change of fasting plasma Hcy and VB12levels in type 2 diabetic patients and type 2 diabetic foot gangrene patients,to look for an early diagnostic method for diabetic foot gangrene,to improve the patient’ s life quality and reduce the incidence of diabetic foot gangrene,to guide clinical treatment, and thereby reducing the amputation rate of diabetic foot.
