Clinical analysis of surgical Treatment for Children with obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome 107 cases

Abstract

Objective To analyse the curative effect of surgical treatment for children with obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome( OSAHS) . Methods retrospective analysis in October 2009 to January 2013 pediatric OSAHS surgery 107 cases,the patients were randomly by endotracheal intubation,pure adenoidectomy 23 cases,adenoidectomy and bilateral tonsils removed 67 cases,pure tonsils removed 17 cases. Results 88 cases were cured,17 cases effctiveness and 2 cases invalid,the effective rate was 98. 1% . Conclusion surgery is the effective method of children with OSAHS.
