Abstract
RMB' s actual exchange rate has greater influence on export than namely exchange rates. The decrease of exchange rate can improve the export while the rise of exchange rate will lower down the export but have less influence on import. The change of RMB' s exchange rate doesn' t have a mutual relation with the utilization of foreign capital but rather presents different changes. The change of RMB' s exchange rate has a high relevance with the national price level.
