Abstract
Objective:It is observe the influence of enhance external counterpulsation(EECP) on left ventricular diastolic function(LVDF) in patients with coronary heart disease using ultrasound cardiogram.Methods: Seventy cases of coronary heart disease were randomly into EECP group(35 cases) and routine group(35 cases).The routine group was treated with normal treatment aspirin,isosorbide mononitrate and pavasatatin,the EECP group was treated with EECP based on the normal treatment.The changes of myocardial ischemia and cardiac function were observed by Dynamicelectrocardiogram and Doppller echocardiograpy before and after treatment.Results: Frequency and sustained time of ST stage depression,and total loading of myocardial ischemia were decreased significantly in two groups(P0.01 respectively) after treatment,but it decreased more significantly(P0.01) in EECP group than in routine group.There was no obvious difference(P0.05) on the left ventricular systolic function(CO,EF) between the two groups after treatment,the LVDF parameters(E,A,E/A,DC,Ea,Aa,Ea/Aa,E/Ea) were improved(all P0.01) in the EECP group,but there were not different(P0.05) in routine group before and after treatment.No side effects found in treating with EECP.Conclusion: There has obvious therapeutic efficacy of EECP on myocardial ischemia and LVDF in patients with coronary heart disease.
