Laboratory Teaching and Management in Colleges and Universities

Many problems in laboratory teaching and management as the following are faced under the current management mechanism: distempered system, inadequate funding, inappropriate person quality and unsound experimenting materials and methods. This paper accordingly introduces some reforms in terms of laboratory management mechanism, teaching faculty and laboratory experiment pedagogy to match the current needs of the development of education.
