Abstract

The dynamic variation of Tetrahydropalmatine content in Rhizoma corydalis introduced to Shaanxi on trial at different collecting times were studied for determination of the best time of harvest.Fresh weights of underground part of Rhizoma corydalis samples from different harvest time but with the same cultivation conditions were obtained and then processed Extracts from the processed Rhizoma corydalis were analyzed in terms of their effective constituent,Tetrahydroplmatine, according to the Chinese Pharmacopoeia by means of the HPLC method.Result showed that yield of Rhizoma corydalis harvested on April 25 is highest,1.012 7kg/m2,Rhizoma corydalis harvested on April 30 has highest content of 0.115 3% of Tetrahydroplmatine.
