Abstract
This essay puts forward a new preparation method using water glass, aluminum sulfate and ferric sulfate to synthesize a new inorganic polymer flocculants—polysilic aluminum ferric sulfate(PSAFS), discusses all types of factors affecting the flocculation behavior. During the preparation process, the stability of polysilic, different alkalinities and different Al-Fe-Si ratios impact the flocculating behavior of PSAFS. This essay goes along with detail description on the support of particular experiment results and works out theoretical analysis in response.
