Abstract
In this thesis, the present difficult situation of financing funds for the medium or small enterprises in China will be comprehensively explored according to the following three aspects: the present developing situation, the financing ways and measures, and the analysis of the financing effects in order to accelerate the overall development of the medium or small enterprises.
