Abstract
In order to study the influence of penetrator parameters——weights, diameters, impact velocities and angles——on calculation results by Березаиъ Formula, the parameters of four typical conventional munitions and their warheads were presented, and the calculation and comparision were carried out.The result of comparision indicates that the mass of projectile should be the mass of warhead of conventional weapon.Other parameters of projectile should be the parameters of warhead. While calculating the penetration damage effect of warhead, the impact velocity of MK series can be 250 m/s.The impact velocity of BLU-109/B can be 350 m/s,and the impact velocity of BLU113 can be 400 m/s.Their impact angle can be 20°.It is suggested that the rock penetration coefficient should be adjusted in engineering design.
