Abstract

Objective To explore the feasibility of clinical fenestration disc removal surgery for lumbar disc herniation.Method 32 cases of slipped lumbar disc surgeries were summarized.Result The excellent rate was 90.6%,with 21 excellent cases,8 good cases,and 3 acceptable cases.Conclusion The basic guarantees for the surgical treatment of slipped lumbar disc include such factors as the strictly selected cases,the proper choice of the surgical approach,a good command of the surgical indications,and the prevention and control of complications.
