Abstract

Carex aphanolepis Franch.,a newly recorded species of Cyperaceae from Qinling Mountains,Shanxi Province,was reported.The morphology of Carex aphanolepis Franch.is similar to Carex japonica Thunb.Their characteristics were compared,and the morphological characteristics of the new record species were described.
