Effects of Zn and B on Growth,Yield and Quality of Chinese Cabbage

Abstract

In the open field cultivation conditions,with the Chunqiuwang cultivar as tested materials,effect of different concentrations of Zn and B fertilizers on growth and yield of Chinese cabbage quality was investigated.The results showed that,different concentrations of Zn,B could increase the VC and protein content,while reduce nitrate nitrogen,soluble sugars and free amino acids;when spraying of 0.3% Zn,B and trace elements in fertilizer,the quality of Chinese cabbage was best bacause of strong growth,compact plant type,also had the highest head weight(3.59 kg) and yield(91.55 t.hm-2).
