Abstract
In this paper a design idea and flow based on SystemC which is a new systemlevel design language is presented.And implement and validate it by designing a RS encoder.The experimental results reveal that the SystemC is a very good hardware/software codesign.It can not only help us to work an complex systemlevel design but also avoid the shortage of traditional design ways.Certainly,it will be an important groping aspect that how to use SystemC to design better in EDA domain.
