Applcation of Local Treatment With Shanbang Medication after Nosal Surgery

Abstract

Objective:To investigate the local treatment of chronic nasal secretion after nasal surgery.Methods: One hundred and ninety four patients with chronic nasal secretion after nasal surgery,34 with Septumectomy,90 with Septumectomy and Partial Inferior Turbinectomy,70 with Nasal Polypectomy,were divided into two groups: treatment group(TG) and control group(CG).Patients in TG were treated with Shanbang medication and injection into nasal cavity while with nasal drip.Patients in CG were treated with physiological sodium chloride solution and injection into nasal cavity while with nasal drip.All patients were followed up for a week to a month.Results: Patients in treatment group got recovery quickly than patients in control group.Conclusion: Shanbang medication and injection into nasal cavity after nosal surgery is an effective method.
