Abstract

According to the present technical innovation situations in small and medium-sized enterprises the types of technical innovations in small and medium-sized enterprises are introduced.Based upon analysis of the difficulties confronted in technical innovation by small and medium-sized enterprises some countermeasures are proposed to reduce risks in technical innovation in order to increase their abilities in technical innovation and promote the development of small and medium-sized enterprises.
