The clinical effect observation on trimetazidine combined with atorvastatin used in unstable angina pectoris

Objective To explore the curative effect of trimetazidine combinedwithatorvastatin usedin unstable angina pectoris. Methods 107 cases of patients with unstable angina pectoris were randomly divided into experimental group(n = 56) and control group(n = 51) . Both groups were given routine treatment,and experimental group were added to therapy of trimetazidine combined with atorvastatin. Results The total effective rate of experimental group was 92. 9%,the excellent rate was 87. 5%,the clinical effect of experimental group were significantly better than that of control group(P 0. 05) . Conclusion Trimetazidine combined with atorvastatin used in treatment of unstable angina pectoris,can significantly enhance clinical effect and improve the life quality of patients,so it to be worth application and promotion in clinical work.
