Abstract

The active carbon in the solid waste pyrolysised by micro-waves was applied to the adsorption treatment test of the wastewater with phenol content. The activated carbon dosages, reaction time, reaction temperature,pH value and other factors which influenced the treatment effect of wastewater were studied. The experiment results showed that under the conditions of about 10 g of waste dosage, absorption temperature of 25 ℃ and oscillation time of 3.5 h,the absorption effect of phenol reached its peak, and the absorption of the phenol on the solid waste could be described in a better way by using Freundlich isothermal absorption model. The dynamics behavior was in accordance with the first dynamics formula, and belonged to the internal diffusion control procedure.
