Strategy analysis of geological disaster prevention and environment protection in Heilongjiang Province

Geological disaster and geological environment are the inter-influenced and inter-related unity of contradiction.The occurrence of geological disaster is confined to certain geological environments and the deteriorated geological environment will lead to new and more serious disaster which will confine the sustainable development of economy and society.Therefore,the geological disaster prevention and geological environment protection are the important tasks of human being in the development of the economy and society because they are mutually-beneficial.This article analyses the general situation of geological disaster and the main problem of geological environment in Heilongjiang Province,discusses the relationship between prevention of geological disaster and protection of geological environment and makes some suggestions for enhancing prevention of geological disaster and protection of geological environment based on the fact of disaster's frequent occurrence and environment'[KG-*3]s gradual deterioration,and the current situation about disaster reduction work,which will play an important role in the sustainable development of Heilongjiang Province.
