Abstract
By using the bar geometry of deformation and displacement for the statically indeterminate plane-converging truss structure, the horizontal and vertical displacements of the node uand vare converted into an equation containing only two unknowns. It provides a convenient way for the establishment of a statically indeterminate.Teaching practice shows that the method has a clear concept, easy to grasp and easy to appl to procedures. In addition, the method is also applicable to the statically determinate plane-converging structures and space concurrent truss structures.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
