Abstract
The importance of strengthening project management is elaborated.From constructor,construction technology,construction site,construction environment and other aspects the question that how to do preparation work well and realize process quality control of construction project discussion is made.In addition,points deserving attention in special inspection and internal acceptance work are analyzed in order to ensure engineering quality.
