Cultural Aspects of the Confucian Way of Loyalty and Filial Piety

Abstract
The culture of Confucian Way of Loyalty and Filial Piety mainly came from the thought of loyalty and filial piety which was formed during the Yu and the Zhou periods. The core is the loyalty and filial piety, either of which is positive or negative. The influence was of great significance in Chinese history. Thus emerged a large number of good deeds of loyalty and filial piety. Then laws and decrees were worked out to meet the need of it. Confucian Way of Loyalty and Filial Piety is of realistic significance in modern society. Therefore, we should inherit and develop its cream, strengthen the education in legality, and carry forward the cause and forge ahead into the future.
