Effects of Introducing High Speed Railway into Existing Railway Terminal

High-speed railway is becoming the trend of world′s railway construction.According to vertical and four horizontal railway fast passage in Middle and Long-term Railway Network Planning,the origin and destination station and other stations along line of high speed railway are located on existing railway terminal.It is analyzed the effects of introducing high speed railway into existing railway terminal in the aspects of terminal stations,tracks,untwining equipments,urban economy,special distribution and public transportation system and offer reference for transportation devel-opment general planning and urban traffic planning.
