Application of QFD in Quality Management of Engineering Project

Nowadays,user-production is the trend of market needs,more and more customers want to buy production,which is according to their needs.As to companies,the definition of quality has changed fundamentally,namely changing from “to meet the demand of design” to “to meet the needs of customers”.The company must study and analysis the needs of customers in order to make the productions received by customers,and change these demand to character of productions,and to product process and product plan.Equally,construct company how to meet the master’s demand of construction quality by expanding the minimal cost and how to apply QFD to cost control and quality control,in this thesis,I will resolve this problem.This article change master’s demand of quality to construction process of construction company,and find the key processes,according to every importance of construction process,and focus labor and money on key processes to realize object.
