Effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine Treatment of Chronic Atrophic Gastritis

Abstract

[Objective]To observe the optimal scheme of TCM treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis.[Methods]48 patients with chronic atrophic gastritis of our hospital were treated with Yiqi Yangyin Huoxue decoction from November 2009 to November 2010,and observed the therapeutie effect.[Results]35 cases of cure,10 cases of improvement,3 cases of ineffective,the effeetiveness of the treatment group was 93.75%.[Conclusion]Yiqi Yangyin Huoxue decoction could improve chronic atrophic gastritis,gland wither,intestinese,intestinal metaplasia and(or) the atypical hyperplasia obviously,and have a very good treatment effect on improving symptom.Yiqi Yangyin Huoxue decoction can ameliorate chronic atrophie gastritis' clinical symptom.
