Abstract

Combined with the development of construction project cost management,this paper studies its development from the stage of engineering cost management in classical construction project,the stage of traditional construction project cost management,and the stage of modern construction project management,and discusses the new development of cost management,that is value management,in order to perfect the cost management method and theory of construction project.
