Some Problems'Clarity on Object of Intellectual Property

The 21st century is the age of intellectual economy and intellectual property will become the chief type right.In order to protect intellectual property more effectively,we must clarify some controversial problems concerned such as the object of intellectual property.From the angle of rights and legal relationship,the dissertation elaborates on the intellectual product——object of intellectual property right,and the rights——object of intellectual property legal re- lationship.At the same time,the article also analyzes the reasons of inconsistence between above-mentioned two ob- jects.
