Abstract
Objective:To observe the therapentic effect of combined use of ozone and collagenase injection in treating lumbar disc herniaton.Methods:108 patients with lumbar disc herniation recieved ozone combined with collagenase injection.contrast of Macnab criteria was compared between pre-operation anb post-operation.Results:The evident effective rate was 80.6%(87/108)、85.2%(92/108)、91.7%(99/108)at 1 week、3 months、6months after operation..On complication occurred. Conclusion:Ozone combined collegenase injected can palliated pain caused by lumbar disc herniaton, moreover,it carried a stable long-term well efficacy.
