Abstract
Using the concept and structure of packet sets,this paper gives the conceptions of f-heredity information,f-heredity gene of information,F-heredity and F-heredity variation of P-sets.It puts forward f-heredity theorem,F-heredity theorem of P-sets.It also gives the dominant relation theorem between F-heredity variation and F-heredity.F-heredity is one of the most important characteristics of packet sets.
