Abstract
Based on the summer's standard sectional data at the 30°N profile in 1975-1999,the salinity distribution has been divided into four types. The four salinity distribution types on the relation of the spreading forms of the Changjiang River diluted water with Taiwan warm water's strength and its position were primarily discussed on the basis of mainly the salinity data of 1975-1985.It is found that most of the salinity types exist in the representative features of diluted water seem to be closely connected with the Taiwan warm current's northward spreading strength, its distance from the coast and its depth to the sea surface.
