Abstract
For studying the photonic bandgap of 1D photonic crystal,the dispersive method is adopted.The analytical formula of width and center of photonic bandgap is derived and the photonic bandgap of 1D photonic crystal is studied.The accurate value of photonic bandgap is obtained.The method avoided other methods weakness that can't carry on analysis photonic bandgap.The method is valid and accurate method that study the photonic bandgap of 1D photonic crystal.
