Abstract

The contents of 2,4-dichlorophenoxyacetic acid in waterhead were determined by concentration-HPLC month by month in one year.The comparation between the contents of 2,4-dichlorophenoxyacetic acid and the rainfall data of each month showed that the contents of 2,4-dichlorophenoxyacetic acid changed with rainfall of each month varying.The result will redound to optimize the sampling-time for determination of herbicide in the unconventional detection item.
