Clinical observation of autumn diarrhea treated by combination of block therapy of Zusanli using Xiyanping injection and routine therapy

Objective To study the clinical effect of autumn diarrhea treated by combination of block therapy of Zusanli using Xiyanping injection and routine therapy.Methods 166 children of autumn diarrhea were randomly divided into two groups.83 cases in control group received combined bacillus subtilis and enterococcus faecium granules with multivitamins,Licorzinc and montmorillonite powder.Treatment group received bilateral Zusanli point injection for closed Xiyanping injection on the basis of conventional treatment.Results The total effective rate was 95.18% in treatment group and 79.52% in control group.There was significant difference between two groups(P0.05).There were significant differences between two groups on vomiting,fever and diarrhea time(P0.01).The disappeared time of symptoms and signs in treatment group was faster than that of the control group.Conclusion Combination of block therapy of Zusanli using Xiyanping injection and routine therapy has positive effect and operable on autumn diarrhea,no adverse reactions.
