Abstract
By simulation analysis with ANSYS software,the use of the piston and connecting rod for finite element analysis of stress concentration on the Pistons and the largest amount of deformation,and then to the piston and piston pin-for different materials under the same conditions to test out different materials for the greatest Pistons Stress changes,the Pistons have to find out the stress of the smallest piston pin material.Design and optimization of the use of finite element method that combines technology,the quality of the Pistons to further optimize the performance of the design.
