Abstract

Motor Vehicle pollution has been one of the main pollution sources in city air pollution.Noise pollution and the discarded automobiles pollution becomes more serious China has established the law and regulation system for motor vehicle pollution prevention,in which Air Pollution Prevention Law is the main part and the environment Noise Pollution Prevention Law is the subsidiary.However,there are further room to improve in the thought,procedures and means of management of pollution prevention.
