Abstract
On the basis of engine experiment data, engine model has been created, and according to whole-car parameters, shift law has been designed. On the basis of dual-clutch mathematical model, simulation model of DCT powertrain is implemented by Matlab/Simulink/Stateflow.In order to regulate engine speed, throttle has been adjusted by fuzzy control of engine speed and clutch rotating speed so that the principal and subordinate disks can be easily engaged.Influence of engaging time of two clutches on shift quality is analyzed in shift process and the result shows that the engaging clutch which engages early or late has significant influence on jerk.
