Abstract
By using the method of documental metrology,this paper statistically analyzes the papers published in the Journal of World History from 2005~2009.The result shows the advantages of the journal such as the academy of column set-ups,the widespread authors with senior professional posts,and the varied languages and styles for references.Finally,the paper advises the journal to be more standard,scientific and international in quality in the future.
