Analysis on the Ways to Increase Farmers' Income in Heilongjiang Province

The farmers' income increased fast in Heilongjiang Province in 2008.The income of grain production was still the main source of the farmers' income,the income of breeding industry increased greatly,and the incomes of non-agricultural industry and others increased gradually.The further increase of farmers' income was limited by the unreasonable agricultural structure,the deteriorating of cultivated land state year by year,the rising of the price of agricultural means of production,the declining of the commodity rate of grain and their by-products,and the slowdown of the transfer of rural labor force.To promote the increase of farmers' income,the investment to the main grain production areas in China should be increased,the rural market supervision should be further strengthened by the government functional departments,the rural industrial structure should be adjusted,and the green agriculture should be development.
