Abstract

The article takes the Tea-horse trade as the center,mainly discusses Ming dynasty ethnic policies of tea to control the tibetan,and analyzes the role Han-Tibetan Tea-Horse Trade plays in governing Tibetan areas.At last,reaches the following conclusion: The implementation of the Han-Tibetan Tea-Horse Trade system is the key to rule the Tibetan areas effectively.Between han and tibetan simple complementary economic activities of past ages,up to the Ming dynasty that carry more political functions,so as to achieve a good effect of governing Tibetan areas.
