Abstract

The intangible assets is one of the important assets of running a university.More and more colleges and universities has attached much importance to the educationresearchproduction.The function of intangible assets has become more and more obvious.The management of intangible assets is being raised by more and more administrators of universities.The rules and regulations of inner control for intangible assets will be certainly perfected.
