Study of the Anti-cancer Woody Plant Resources from Chaoshan Area in Guangdong Province

The anti-cancer woody plant resource is abundant in Chaoshan area of Guangdong province.There are 39 species under 25 families,in which,2 species under 1 families of gymnosperms and 37 species under 24 families of angiosperms.This paper discusses the habitats and medicinal values of these plants.The discussion can serve as a reference in anticipation of the future exploration and utilization of these plants as the natural therapeutic resources for cancer.To achieve this goal,we also provide some suggestions and practical steps accordingly.
