Abstract

SummaryBenign fibroepithelial polyps of the renal pelvis are extremely rare with only 20 cases reported in the literature. Fibroepithelial polyps of the ureter occur more frequently. We report a case of fibroepithelial polyps in the renal pelvis near the ureteropelvic junction successfully treated by retrograde nephrostomy and percutaneous resection.
