Abstract
The scientific development view is an important guiding ideology of the socialism cultural construction with Chinese characteristics, emphasizing the importance of the cultural construction from a brand-new further height. Guiding the cultural construction with the scientific development view, must be more outstanding people first, must insist correct cultural achievements view, must pool developments in every cultural field reasonably and advance cultural innovations actively.
