On "Past Tense" and "Present Perfect Tense

Abstract
In English learning, it is difficult for learners to master the tense ,especially the past tense and the present perfect tense. The main reasons are that learners tend to neglect the time expressions and the adverbs used in English to distinguish the simple past form and the present perfect, and there is no distinction in the verb forms between the two tenses in the mother tongue. Learners with different language level, different purposes, and different professions need different grammar books to help them, so it is important for the learners to choose an appropriate grammar books.
